We did no revived clear address direction. We did no received door entrance code in advance. Very confuse. Terrible customer help. Not recommended!

Dear Jose, thank you for your feedback. On the morning of your arrival (4th August) we sent you all the information for checking into the hostel with the entry code, photos etc. to the account where you booked our hostel. We had no other contacts. The booking also included a phone number where you could call us at any time. Happy travels!

For the price, it was decent accommodations. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. My only complaint was the temperature, though the unit has central a/c, there is no control of the temperature and everyine in my party was hot and had sweaty nights.

Clean room, easy self check in and close to central Helsinki. Would stay again for a good price
