I made a reservation with the information that it was 14km away from Saturnia at the time of booking, and the Resort and Saturni were 35km. Also, the mattress of the bed felt a spring in my body and could not sleep easily. When I got out, I could not clean my room.

I'm sorry but we didn't put the information that the Saturnia hot springs are 14 km from us, I have checked the information we have online. Regarding the cleaning we have apartments so we don't have the cleaning everyday only every week but you can pay a supplement for an additional cleaning and it has to be communicate. We are sorry that you didn't like our mattress but we don't receive the negative reviews or direct opinion about it from other clients.

Pros: The rooms are comfortable and offer cooking facilities which make them attractive for long stays.
Cons: It would be helpful if they had a no smoking policy - or if they have one, that it be more stringently enforced.
Location: It is very close to Sorono, Sovanna and Pitigliano. All of which are interesting to wander through.
We were greeted by the proprietress and she was very accommodating. The first room she offered us smelled of smoke and she arranged for an alternate. The facility is very clean and offers quite a nice range of activities - table games, two different pools a park for children and an entrance gate that gives the feeling of safety.
The hotel is very close to Sorano which we found thoroughly delightful.

Nice location to visit Tuscany.

Pros: Very clean and close to the Tuscan towns.
Cons: Fresh fruit for breakfast. Paper towels for the kitchen.
The hotel location was very good to visit Tuscany and 1.5 hours from the coast. The staff was friendly and always available. Breakfast was minimal but coffee was good. Find a grocery store before you arrive. No place to buy food at the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for one night only, on our way from Pitigliano to Siena. We got a real nice apartment. The staff (one person only...) was very helpful, although he did not speak any English. Breakfast was really OK, although we were the only guests in the taverna. A nearby mini market provdided our supplies for supper.

Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir.
