There was NO air conditioning. However, the staff were good enough to accommodate me with a sister hotel that did have air conditioning.

Noisy , hot, small and not clean.
Posted 8 Jul 2017Staff where nice. The room was small, hot, no air conditioner and the room that we had was noisy. Bathroom was not clean. Transferring to Budapest from Sopron was complicated. You have to take 2 trains plus bus in between.

An excellent small hotel
Posted 31 May 2011I spent one night at the Civitas Boutique Hotel. It is very conveniently located about a ten minute walk from the train station and at the edge of the old city center. My room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet and overall an excellent value for the price. The staff was pleasant and professional. The breakfast was particularly good, with all items very fresh and well prepared.

駅からは遠いけど、ホテル自体はとても快適。
内装もかわいらしく、設備も良い。
湯船があれば完璧だったけど（ホテルの説明では湯船がある部屋もありそう）、総合的にクオリティが高いホテル。
あと、付いている朝食がとても美味しかった！！
