"When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay. "This was a 4 night family trip to Sopot. The office for key collection is on the edge of Town nearly 1.5 miles from the property. The bedroom is a good standard. Kitchen facility is very small and equipped with basics only. The fold down sofa for our 15 year old was in poor condition and the blinds in this area would not close properly (at angles !!) TV reception is very poor, with only 2 English channels. It's a good location close to the beach and shops... apart from that, it's quite basic....
