This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I had no issues, but the second time I had property go missing from my room. The front desk person was oddly rude about it, although another staff member did phone me later to assure me they had searched the laundry rooms. I have never had anything go missing from a hotel room before and I would not have expected this from a five star hotel.

Fantastic location and convenience. Respectful houskeeping and a beautiful location. The walking park was my favorite in the morning with great coffee. A little to pricey for laundry service.
