As soon as I arrived and checked into my room I was greeted with the sight of cockroaches crawling in the shower and on the floor. I immediately left and notified the front desk and asked for a refund. They took my key and said I would have to get Expedia to refund me. Well Expedia actually needed permission from them to which they have been refusing to pick up the phone.

Absolutely disgusting. Roaches, burn holes on everything, mold in closet and bathroom, rusty and dusty fixtures, grungy corners, old food in fridge, rusty microwave, blood on sheets. Parking lot full of people hanging out at all hours. Definitely not safe feeling

Bathtub was dirty, hole in bathroom wall, no iron, fridge cracked. The room was dirty. Staff was very nice.
