It’s under construction- should have been reduced price for the noise level

Dear Lori,I apologize that you felt the noise level was high. We do our best to make sure everyone is made aware of the renovations and keep the time of renovations to a minimum of 9am to 6pm and contain them to a single floor that we place out of order to contain issues. We do currently have a lower rate in place to make up for this. We hope you'll visit us again after renovations are complete.

This was by far the nicest hotel stay in our 2 weeks of travel. From the front desk to the breakfast, 10/10 all the way.

Lovely fresh feeling on the 5th floor, room 520. However, VERY slippery tub floor for shower. This is a huge fall risk for anyone. I am surprised this was not a guest consideration in the design. Also, raging party and music in the reception area on Sat OCT 12th 2024 impromptu in the lobby, for at least 2 hours near and after midnight, 15 to 20 people after a wedding (or more). Free event space?!?! Unacceptable for guests that wanted to use the area respectfully. Night staff seemed to go along with it. Cackling, loud, plus dancing, pizza, and music. Is this allowed? Loved the free popcorn, cookies, and water that greeted me upon arrival, day staff awesome.
