Lovely b&b, but on a busy road and if you don't have a back room it's loud. No TV's. Pillows are old and beds need replacing. overall, cute, but not worth the money

Stayed only one night. Experience was positive. Staff very helpful. Came just in time for the happy hour. Cheeses, some crackers, fruit and wine. Breakfast satisfactory to start the day. A very good bakery in the front. Close to the idyllic los olivos downtown. Hiking trails. Santa Barbara over the mountain route 154 30 minutes.
Definitely can recommend.

This bed and breakfast is very peaceful and charming. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Wish the rooms had TVs, since I was traveling solo. But still would recommend 10/10

There was an ant swarm in our room attacking a cookie we had wrapped up to eat later.

We stayed here for our 2 year anniversary and it was so lovely. The property is quaint and quiet. Would come back again!

Very quaint property with lots of character and history. Very nice accommodations. Wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here in July 2024 and had a 10 out of 10 stay.. this time I give it a 5 mainly due to the change in hospitality amenities and poor service at the breakfast
