"This hotel is fantastic " the staff are very professional, polite and very welcoming" The hotel itself, and the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and immaculate " The castaway bar is brilliant, convivial and well run , the staff are also very friendly and immaculate in there attitude and appearance " I would recommend this hotel close to the theatre, and to lime street, station . It's pretty well into the city centre and close to both ranlaigh street and great Charlotte street, with plenty of live music , eateries , and pubs excellent "

"Fantastic hotel for my partners birthday! We both enjoyed our stay we didn’t want to leave. The hotel arranged for the balloons to be in the room upon arrival and also left a note with an Everton toblerone. The hotel gave us a room with a view of hill Dickson upon my request which was lovely of them. The spa was fantastic! One of the Best spa’s I’ve been to! There were two weddings during our stay which was lovely to see and didn’t disturb our stay! The rooms are huge and they were just perfect for our weekend away. "

"Got an upgrade which was nice to get a sea view. Coffee machine nice touch. Room not 100% clean but wasnt that bad, few stains in carpet and found some fake lashes on floor. Shower took ages to heat up but finally got there. Great parking facility. Only stayed one night but would defo stay again. Great location, perfect parking and lovely staff."
