"I was worried at first when I booked as there was only 1 review, but this apartment is fabulous and I highly recommend it. Apartment Amazing apartment, it's modern, clean and new. Just like the pictures. Small hob, microwave oven with basics utensils, washing liquid, bin bags and cleaning cloth. They also provide tuppaware boxes. Large fridge and plenty of storage. Good walk in shower (but toilet and showers have glass doors with large gaps). Big comfy beds with a balcony. Aircon worked well....

"Lovely hotel in central Palma near to bus & train station. Easy walk to cathedral, shopping & restaurants. Room retains the old charm & features of original building with modern bathroom & amenities. Excellent wifi, comfortable bed & great shower/ bathroom. Front desk staff were super friendly, especially Matheus, who couldn’t do enough to help! Fantastic stay, many thanks!"

"I'm so glad I chose Palma Suites for our October trip to Palma. Location - great walkable location to Old Town Palma. There's a grocery store nearby and so many amazing restaurants. You can pretty easily walk to the Cathedral and harbor area. One caveat, if you show up on a Sunday, it won't be nearly as spectacular as it is later in the week. (given that many shops close on Sunday in Spain) Amenities - the hotel has a nice bar that makes a great Sangria and other delicious cocktails. ...

"Overall experience was good. The apartment needs a makeover, which they are doing next winter. The breakfast is great, lots to choose from! The location and surrounding area/pool was also great. Friendly staff always smiling! A special shout out to Pau at breakfast for making our little boy Ellis smile every morning."

"The basic room on Hotels.com mentions balcony and city views - there was no balcony on the ground floor and the city view was pretty much the wall across the road. The hotel is brand new, so everything is in perfect condition, however there as some flaws in design, like the extractor in the bathroom does not get the steam out efficiently (or wasn't working at all), there is no socket next to the main desk, the ambient music from the lounge and the toilet there travels through the vents into some...

"The hotel is one of life’s little gems . it’s beautiful and was wonderful to stay the rooms are all different and it is very comfortable, cannot fault anything the staff were very polite and nothing was to much trouble.directions and very helpful with bus and taxi services. "We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a quiet area with only is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. The pool area is lovely with a bar. For breakfast and dinner the food is delicious, plentiful, with a wide choice."

"Extremely friendly and informative staff. Excellent well stock breakfast buffet with vast selection of hot and cold options. Handy location approx 100m from the beach. The spa facilities were a nice bonus. My only slight fault was the bed would shift as it wasnt fixed to the ground, however i am confident that had i mentioned this to the lovely staff they would have sorted this for us. Overall 5 stars and would recommend."

"Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Margarita. The accommodation is in a great location, super close to the main square and the station, but still on a quiet street. The area felt very safe, and we were able to wander around in the evenings which was lovely. Staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and had a great view of the mountains. Would absolutely come to stay here again. "
