"Check in was straightforward. Our room wasn’t ready but the lady on reception said she would ring me as soon as it was available. She showed us to some lockers to leave our cases. I received a call about an hour later to say the room was ready. We had been upgraded to an apartment for 4, it was lovely and clean and very spacious. "We had a greate stay in Cádiz. When we at last found where the hotel was we entered a very modern and clean and spacy hotellobby. The apartment where excellent, light and wellcoming. We realy loved it. Only one thing disturbed us and that was the glases. We found only one wineglas, so we had to go to the reception and of course they fixed it. The dishwashing mashine where to great help "

"The check-in is very late 4pm - saying that I called and they let me keep the suitcases inside. Very nice , friendly and helpful receptionists. Beautiful old Building full of character . Top roof terrace swimming pool. The apartment is big enough a huge king size extra large bed and a comfortable sofa bed . Kitchen with all you need . Laundrette room to be use if necessary. Very quiet area. Highly recommended. Perfect for families and not."

"Excellent location and a lovely property. had initial hiccup with the Nuki app but got the timely help. A bit noisy in the night but that’s expected as the property is in the town centre. Parking available at 5 minutes walk which costed £20 for a day. would have been £15 if we had used the parking app which we didn’t know about. Need to have the phone on charge all the time and data for Bluetooth as the entry into the property depends on this. Would definitely visit again"

"It is an old property and needs an update. it was built in the 1600s. however, it seems like the intent was to create an "old time Spain" effect. It's not completed, still has construction for the courtyard. The manager was helpful, very kind, and always responded to our requests. The cafe offered a nice breakfast and was nicely presented. The room was clean, but offered no amenities like soap, shampoo, paper towels or coffee, water in the kitchen. The wi-fi and air conditioner worked well, but...

"Had good communication before we arrived. Gave personal details via email. We arrived by train from Cadiz. And was about a 15 walk from station. Apartment very easy to find using web maps. We were given info of door codes so entry was easy. Wonderful old building, so much history. Room was fabulous with a split area between kitchen area and bedroom. Great choice in Cadiz

"An excellent hotel, very well located. The double bed room with balcony was not large but very comfortable and very well decorated. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. A special mention to all the staff, very kind, respectful, friendly people. The decoration in every space and corner of the hotel is very well maintained. Without a doubt, a small and very special hotel, highly recommended."
