Solo ski trip
Posted 22 Feb 2024 on HotelsVery convenient hotel to the ski slopes with ski lockers and free shuttle to the lifts. The breakfast was very tasty with many choices. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Great place and near from the Soldeu Gondola. Free parking on the street available and good restaurants nearby. Staff quite friendly with some exceptions in the breakfast area.

They even prepared breakfast for us on our check out day because we had to leave early.

Hotel close to slopes

High Standard Hotel, Clean and Comfortable
Posted 6 Feb 2017 on HotelsThis is my second stay at this hotel and it's very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Everything is of a very good standard.
The staff are always happy to help. The spa is also very nice and very welcome at the end of a days skiing.
A couple of things would make it better. 1) A Hot Coffee or Tea. The coffee machine at breakfast only produces drinks that are not that hot. So if you add milk the temperature becomes luke warm. So take your own kettle for your room as they don't provide this. 2) The food could be a bit better but you can go into Soldeu for a wider choice.
It's about a 10-15m walk into Soldeu so may not be close enough for some people.

First ski holiday
Posted 13 Jan 2017Although the hotel is a 800 yard walk up into the resort it was more than worth it on the odd occasion we had to. The hotel is excellent value with staff who can't do enough to help you enjoy your stay. A courtesy bus runs you back and too too the gondola during the day and there's a lovely spa in the hotel to relax those aching joints following a day on the slopes. Breakfast is fine as is the hotel bar. The whole hotel is immaculate in its cleanliness and I heard no noise during my six night stay. I will definitely stay there again

Small friendly boutique style hotel

Boutique style hotel was cleaned modern & all staff friendly and helpful.
The buffet Breakfast is catering for both cold continental & cooked English.
The buffet evening meal was good value with quite a good choice of different dishes.
Hotel spa was just perfect for relaxing & recovering after a hard days skiing, really recommended.
Hotel is located on the outskirts of Soldeu, approx 10 to 15 mins walk to restaraunts & bars.
Pre bookable free mini bus runs very 10 mins from the hotel to the Soldeu ski lift station, is very efficiently run.
