"The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car. "

"Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located."

"Cheap, clean, affordable, and close to the train station. Probably the most basic room I’ve ever stayed in my life, but I saved a lot of money staying here and it’s close to the train station,"

"The property is a great place if you want somewhere quiet and safe to stay with secure offroad parking. Unfortunately upon arrival our bedding wasn’t clean, we stripped the bed and found several hairs, even clumps of hair in pillow cases. We raised this with the front desk and asked that we don’t have any housecleaning for our stay. As we bought replacement pillows and bed sheets ourselves. "I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. "I looked for reviews about this property and the Ecla Business and I could not get info to take an informed decision about staying there or not. First, this is an student campus that also rents units to travellers. The apartments are nice and big for Paris standards with a kitchenette equipped for 2 persons. Recommended. Near to RER and TGV Station

"The staffs are awesome and helpful. Proficient in English really helps with us foreigners who dont speak native french. The room is very good and clean. I wish they have heated toilet seat cover though. The location is very good as it is just opposite the RER and TGV station. Breakfast is standard continental. "

"Good apartment, very spacious, extremely convenient for family of four. Staff were friendly, and helped as much as they could with the questions we asked. Stay, breakfast, price of hotel and level of service are as expected from this rating of an apartment. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day (please note you have to inform them a day before). Paris central is 40mins train ride. All good."
