"Lovely aparthotel and room located just minutes walk from old town & other sightseeing spots. The room was a good size and offered plenty of amenities, the heating worked really well which was such a great thing during this weather. The hotel also had security of a night that helped makes us feel secure. Only negatives are, they don’t supply enough shampoo and won’t refill unless you pay (we were here for 4 nights) would’ve been better to communicate this with us as I would’ve packed extra...

"Very nice apartment, easy to reach by metro and Tram. Tram stop only a 2 minute walk from apartment. Was given very clear instructions by host on how to check in. It was good that check in was at 2pm and check out not until 12pm so had a bit of time to relax. Apartment kitchen was fully equiped with microwave and kitchen."

"Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."

"The area is great, within walking distance from Old Town. The apartament is rather spacious, and nicely furnished. The floors are very creaky and you can hear every noise from the street. We did not get much sleep. Furthermore, the drain in the bathroom overflowed into the living area after my daughter tried to take a shower, and we had to scramble to clean it up with towels. We notified the owner immediately, and he pretty much said that he could not believe that happened. We ended up sending a...

"Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

"We had some initial issues with Expedia putting this apartment in Old Town when it is not, luckily we managed to upgrade on the way there to one that is. Unfortunately by coincidence our upgrade then suffered a burst pipe so George upgraded us again to the property next door! Both apartments were lovely regardless! Thank you George for all your help, you were invaluable. "

"Host never provided access to unit; there was no keypad. Host stopped providing communication. it is also dirty. Elevator is slow and didnt work. "

"The apartment is very centrally located. The sofa bed was already made up for my two sons. The host communicated with us via WhatsApp before our arrival and stayed in contact throughout our stay. Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a full sized fridge and coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the city. "

We were sent clear instructions to get. We mentioned that there were.cockcroches inside the unit and were told they would be dealt with. There were still some cockroaches upon returning. The control for the AC was broken, so we were hot! "
