Nice modern hotel but far a way from city center and no available free car park they charged me 20 euros for one day.The front desk offered me a room for 180 euros while the same room is offered for 132 USD !

Nice looking hotel, with big rooms. I did not like the mattresses, they were hard as a rock, and woke up with back pain….. If they are going to be a top notch hotel, they need to get better softer mattresses like ritz Carlton or JW marriot. Also, wish the TVs were upgraded to be able to log into Netflix or Hulu, cause their selection of tv channels wasn’t great. One more thing… the rooms never got cold, the AC seems to be rigged to make you believe you set it colder but it’s rigged to blow out warmer air than what you set it as.

Everything was great except: For some reason charge you a deposit of 100€ which will eventually going back to you after one week!
And the other thing was that minibar was completely empty and on checkout they ask you : Did you use anything from mini bar? When I asked them why is that : they explained to me that mini bar is ready for using only in the floor above 7th !!! Very odd explanation! But in BG you can expect everything!

I did not have one thing that I disliked about this property. Nice and helpful people, clean hotel, close to everything and more. I will for sure be coming back any time I come to Sofia.
