موقع الفندق جيد قريب من السنتر قريب من محطة الميترو قريب من المول عدة خطوات يوجد كراج للسيارات وهذا مهم ايضاً .. الاستقبال جيد والموظفين لطيفين والمعاملة رائعة

Overall good experience
Posted 20 Jun 2020 on HotelsGood location in the city center and only 3 minutes walk to Opalchenska metro station offering direct access to and from Sofia airport. Very friendly hotel staff. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The advertised "breakfast buffet" on the Hotels.com website and again on the booking confirmation consists in fact of a total of four items offered to guests : one hot drink (tea or coffee), one 500 ml bottle of water, one sandwich and one apple. Fortunately foodshops in the neighbourhood are available to buy extra breakfast items.

thank you your commend. Please, be aware that we take care of our guests and we follow the WHO recommendations about the buffet breakfast and this is the reason we don't provide it anymore - until this situation is over. We are very pleased to hear you have overall nice stay and will be happy to welcome you again.
