No heat in the room
Posted 17 Oct 2024 on HotelsOn arrival room was quite cool despite heating being set to 30º. We inquired at the front desk and told there was no heat in the entire hotel for another 2 days, but they could provide us with extra blankets. Despite this we were cold overnight. The heat did kick in 2 days later as promised, but far from ideal to not have any heating when it is 10º outside overnight and not be advised of this on booking or check-in.

The staff at the hotel they are really nice people.
But the room conditions are not as expected.
Room was really clean but its very old conditions.

This hotel was really good. It was clean, the staff were friendly, There were no complaints about the actual hotel. The only downside is, that it is a little far from the city, but you can always get a taxi as they are fairly cheap.
