"This was my sixth stay at Mälardrottningen, so obviously I’m a fan. It’s been a few years since my last stay and there have been some changes, the reception area has been relocated and the restaurant has been updated. It’s all very nice looking but requires that you drag your luggage up a metal ramp to check in. And as before, the stairs are short and somewhat steep so hang on to the hand rail. "It's good for what it is: an affordable, well-located place to sleep and shower while visiting Stockholm. That said, it was initially a bit tricky to find, and I underestimated how much I in fact do need a window and TV in my room. "This is a great hotel located right on the edge of the old town and an easy walk from the metro stations. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and provides a great start to the day. "
