Stayed during Christmas. Excellent place and everything is great overall specifically the heated pool, jacuzzi and hotel staff. You will love it.

Definitely a great location in Snowmass! Walking distance to everything. Wonderful service and people! Great for the budget! Clean!

The place did not have proper air conditioning. We were suffocated and unable to get sleep all night.

All of our booking sites clearly state that we do not provide air conditioning. Mostly all the properties from Glenwood Springs to Aspen/Snowmass do NOT provide A/C. Our staff at the front desk always recommend to our guests that complain while on site to place the box fan in the window of the room to help with air circulation and to cool down the room.

This property is old , no elevator with dirty bed. when we asked to change the sheets they immediately came and changed the sheets. Service is good.

Yes we are one the older properties here in Snowmass but we do our very best to keep the property up to date and maintained. It very clearly states on all of our booking sites that our property does NOT provide an elevator...

The pool and hot tub were amazing! Also, the beds were really great, nice and firm. However, the pillows were a little too thick.

The carpet is old and smelly. The breakfast equipments are out of order, etc

I am not too sure about the carpet, we are replacing carpet this off season, we do take care of our carpet, sorry we missed on that. As for breakfast....when a guest dumps water into our waffle maker...it ruins it for all others, it does not sit well with.
