The manager of this property is the RUDEST man I’ve ever talked to! I was in an accident going up to my reservation due to weather, called and Expedia called and asked for my money credited as this was no fault of my own. He called me lair and said it was my problem and I should be more responsible to plan for these things! What even is that?! Don’t recommend this place to anyone! It’s obviously not family friendly or run by honest good people. 0/10 stars if I could give 0 stars

Mekinzie, Thank you. I am sorry your perspective of our conversation is negative. And, as I proffered in September, I am sorry you were in an accident. I was not rude. I habitually use the magic words. I wouldn't impugn your character, and neither suggested nor inferred any discredit to your integrity. I did iterate strong support of trip insurance, echoing Expedia's position. Oddly, Expedia related you accepted their trip insurance offering recourse for unforeseen events - I am unsure why this was not a good remedy. I am sorry we did not find common ground in resolution. Thank you.

Building itself is outdated, however it was VERY clean the water pressure on the shower was lovely, and staff were so accommodating!
We came for a hockey tournament, and they set aside a whole room for the kids to play shinny. (Which is very cool considering we've been almost kicked out of other hotels for this reason).
I also brought my dogs to the hotel and they allowed us to leave our dogs in the room, and let us know that they would just call us if there ever was a problem.
The breakfast is delicious, and they told us that if we stay again, they would be able to work out dinners as well! (For 25 people )
10/10 recommend!

Parking experience is pathetic

Sriram, Thank you. I am sorry this element of your stay was so disappointing. We do offer two parking options; our heated garage at a reasonable nightly fee, or free parking in the Town's surface lots just a 3 minute walk away. We prefer parking lots a little away from the hotel and the slope so we can all best enjoy the views and wonderful setting. Thank you.

This property was very dirty, Some of the lights weren't working. The bathroom was dirty. Not somewhere I would have people stay again.
