Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.

Hi Jared & thanks for taking the time to share a review. We apologize for the frustrations that you encountered-- we strive to offer each guest a memorable, effortless vacation. In checking with our teams, the maintenance staff arrived at your request to show you how to use the thermostat as it can be quite confusing but there is not a need to call maintenance to adjust the temperature. Our housekeeping team does not have set hours to visit unless it has been requested. They perform cleans from about 8:00 am until 3:30 pm & they are happy to come back at a better time if they arrive & it is inconvenient for the guest. We respect guest privacy and only enter residences when requested or to perform necessary or pre-arranged services. All the same, we will discuss etiquette with our staff to assure privacy & communication are paramount.

Wish there was, more options of Restaurants, on the property. Even the snow lift were not open to the public. It waS our first time there- we arrived later than expected and still it took over an 1- hr for Capital Peak Snowmass lodge team to have our room available- which was inconvenient-being that we were exhausted and wanted to get to the room , unwind and relax

We always try to offer an early check in, whenever possible, but there are times when it is not an option. Comfortable and upscale with great views
