Never had a clean linen. No service requests ever answered. I was demanded to get out on Sunday at 11 even though the front desk clerk Steve stated if I chose to stay until Monday it would be an additional charge. I was called on mother's day at church at 11:01 stating that my belongings would be locked in the room until Monday. I left church to be given 2 hours to get out and still be charged a full night. I will never book here stay here of recommend anyone stay here. Giant roaches and lazy staff. Horrible. For 23 nights and paid $1800

Office open 11-6 only. One employee was very kind and empathetic and the other was completely corporate. Room was extremely small. Kitchen table was on the verge of collapsing. I could not even use it.Maitenance walked in one at 10pm, thinking it was empty. The next day, the same thing happened at 7pm. Good thing the inside lock was locked, so they could not get inside. Scared the living daylight out of me. Bait and switch at checkin. Oh you requested this room, which is in bad shape. You can check it out and if you don't like you can pay more for an upgraded room. The room was small and smelled like urine. I chose the upgraded room. The only difference was that it had no odor and had a full sized microwave. I just touched the side of the towel rack and it collapsed. For that I was charged $10. I will never return there.

it was advertised for a newer, revised trim. However, we were given the older room, which smelled like mold and cleaner. It was not as updated as we thought it would be. They did not charge us correctly upon arrival based on what our balance was supposed to be it’s been an effort to discuss this with them as they are not budging on what they say it should be, even though it does not comply with what hotel.com sent in a confirmation.
