"There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one)."

"Great location and the sea view room we had was lovely with high ceiling and huge windows. The room-darkening curtains kept us cool in spite of the heatwave and the bed was very comfortable. Why is the butter with the fresh fruit section and not by the toaster and bread and jams !?
