Staff was nice! Dede was great every time i needed her. The food actually was very decent considering it’s a hotel. Room was clean & spacious. Not super expensive. Right off the interstate.

The pros of my stay were that the room was nice, the bed was super comfy, the pillows were great. The breakfast the first morning was delicious, the second morning it was ok. I left early so I didnt get the last morning to see if it balanced out.
The cons were the fire alarm went off the first night around 1am, scared me right out my sleep. There was no directions given so alot of us hesitated getting dressed and leaving our rooms. Better protocols need to be in place, because that could have been a bad situation. I also asked for the sheets to be changed via the text message service because the rooms temperature was hard to regulate. They were not changed as requested. The pool looks like it needs to be better maintenanced.
Overall I would stay there again. I like the proxmity to everything especially the airport.

I made a reservation with Expedia ( third party ) but when I arrived @ hotel & wanted upgraded to the room with sacuzzi but the front desk told me she could not do it.

The staff didn't talk when checking in, there were only 2 towels for 4 people. And they kept coming to knock on the door even though checkout is at 12 they knocked at 9am breakfast was mid
