A welcoming environment, even arriving at midnite. Dining was still available and the staff was very pleasant.

I like the design. It the hotel is not worth the hype aside from just being in the city where you can’t even park near which is dangerous if you have kids and seeing there late.

The bathroom is very small, which makes no sense since the room itself is pretty big. The sink is tiny and the faucet was positioned so poorly that getting water everywhere was inevitable. I was constantly banging my limbs into the shower walls, which shouldn't happen since I'm a normal-sized person, so I can't even imagine what it's like for taller or bigger people. Death by a thousand paper cuts. The minor annoyances were just too much every single day. The staff is really nice though and there are very good options for food right around the hotel. I would not stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at Moxy Slough. I had never stayed at a Moxy hotel before but from now on I'll definitely consider it again. Great customer service, comfy and sparkling clean rooms. Definitely recommended!

The hotel itself was good, very clean and the staff were. I didn't spend long there but it was fine.

The area was very nice, lot of food places nearby as well as shops. There was a shopping centre and high street nearby which was very convenient. The overall experience at Moxy was good but when trying to order room service, we did not have a great experience at all. I ordered and was going to go down to collect due to the time, it was very convenient that it’s 24/7 for click and collect but the staff and service was poor. I went up and down multiple times due to the staff not knowing what they were doing and due to there not being enough stock. They were not even aware of what I had ordered and couldn’t find it in their own menu. I was already feeling poorly and needed food in my system, I ordered at roughly 12:50am and was told that the food was ready to collect at 1:01am, when I went down the staff member was very hostile and rude immediately. She began to tell me the food isn’t ready as it is night time but hadn’t even asked for my order number.
