My reservation was paid upfront through Expedia but the hotel insisted on charging me again anyway. They basically put the issue on to me to resolve a problem between Expedia and themselves. I’m now out of pocket and chasing a query I had no responsibility for. Just a poor service with very little ownership or acceptance on their part. Pool was also closed with no apology offered.

The rooms were clean. Excellent customer service. Shuttle to the airport. Overall very good experience.

Unfortunately we had no electricity so were unable to have a shower/coffee etc in the morning. We were due in the airport at 5.30 am so it as most inconvenient. The staff were most apologetic and did make us a coffee once requested

Just very nice, cheap shuttle to the airport. Good value for money. Staff in reception, restaurant and bar were very helpful 👍
