Family friendly Hotels in Slidell, New Orleans

"Check in was easy, since I booked the hotel room through Hotels.com. The room was clean except the bathroom floor. It was waxy and our shoes slipped. I cleaned the floor myself with soap and water and that helped. We had ask the front desk to ask housekeeping for anything extra, like clean towels, extra kleenex and trash bags. "I was in town for business. The hotel pretty much lived up to its 2-3 star status. It was clean and pretty quiet, considering its next door to a very popular drive through restaurant. Plenty of food choices in the area. I tried the breakfast once-it's the same powdered eggs and reheated sausages most hotels are serving nowadays. For some odd reason one shower door was missing. Small bath towels. If you're on business, or just need a place to stay for a few nights-I recommend it."

"Great property. We had the 1st floor near the pool exit/entrance on the interstate side. It was a bit louder than expected with patrons coming and going outside, and interstate traffic. The property and room were nice and a great location. Would stay here again in a higher floor on the other side of the building. "

"I was so impressed I actually got 3 family members to reserve for themselves and their families. Currently 4 rooms are now occupied here with my love ones. Linda, Kayla and Ash have been so helpful, professional and have gone above and beyond for myself and my family, the best customer service I have ever received and the best thing is, it all came with big smiles. I will book here going forward when I come into town. Shopping centers and dining places are within walking distance as well."

"Our 3-day stay was nice and quiet. The desk clerks were amazing!! We had a little issue with the commode not flushing & heat not working but the desk clerk promptly switched us to another room. My only suggestion is it needs to be a little updated. The lobby is really nice. A few renovations would make this location possibly 5-star. "
