Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsAll outer appearances to be clean and welcoming. BUT, I walk outside by the door closest to my room and was unable to get back in and had to walk clear around the hotel to enter thru the lobby. When I went to take a shower, I let the HOT water run for a minute, but it never got above LUKE WARM, during the shower it wet to ICE cold.
