"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"this is a luxury property in great location but it has not be properly maintained. Fridge did not work at all. blinds not working properly, bedside light. needs cafetiere to make coffee. Worlds cheapest bendy corkscrew! clothes hangers needed."

"The place is in the center of the city, overlooking the spire of the Cathedral. It is quiet, though there are cafes and markets as soon as you leave the building. The front courtyard with a table and chairs is an ideal place for a morning coffee. The apartment is huge and beautiful. Every detail is carved from full wood. "This was absolutely perfect. The hosts, Lenka and Paul were amazing and helpful (great English). The apartment was sparkling clean. It had a washer (no dryer). Location was only a few minutes to main train station, tram lines and city center but far enough away to be quiet. They offered a pick up service which was in a nice van and timely. When we left, Lenka gave us suggestions for where to go next. The apartment had everything we needed and more. I would 100% recommend this place. I didn't...

"1) The first photo you see when you click on this property is a washing machine, which is a must for long-term residents. Be aware that this is a broken down machine that has been placed (tubes and all)outside the door of this apartment. 2) The smell inside the place is so foul, it will literally hit you over your face as soon as you enter. "The apartment was in a good location, close to the train station and the town centre, and the layout / configuration generally was in keeping with our expectations based on the ad. Unfortunately the cooking equipment was filthy and needed a thorough clean before use, the mount for the shower was broken, the TV was a relatively small older-style unit with no applications (Netflix etc) and while there was a DVD with USB the remote seemed to be for a different device and you could not control it...

Cozy stay in Brno centre

"Very spacious apartment with a beatiful view of a nearby church. The whole place is very nice, clean and you can even use kitchen and laundry machines. Toilets and bathrooms are shared for the whole floor but we haven’t ran into anybody during our 3 day stay. If you are looking for a comfortable and not expensive place to stay in Brno city centre this could be the one."
