"We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the property is very comfortable with far more amenities than you’d expect for a small hotel. Everything is well run and thoughtfully organized. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the water taxis for exploring Abel Tasman National Park, which made our trips very easy. The only minor thing we noticed was that the kitchenette in our room was quite small with limited storage space. However, the large communal kitchen was fantastic and made cooking easy. Overall, a great place to stay and a perfect base for exploring the area."

"No i We were not allowed in as, although closing time was advertised as 9pm, a large bright sign outside said open and a very pleasant young man showed us to a table , the manager then claimed that they closed at 8.30 and refused to serve us. I did make a complaint to reception, who blamed everyting on the polite young man"

"Nice and clear instructions for my late check in, room was clean and functional with well equipped kitchen. It is very close to a busy road, but there is not much traffic during the night so not a big problem. Close to a nice beach and good restaurants (but avoid the “Italian” nearby, it's terrible.
