The room was very quite and had a great view ober river. The lady at the Reception was not welcoming at all.

The hotel was beautiful , walking distance to center but the garbage was overflowing everywhere and dogs roaming some scary .

Posted 25 Aug 2023 on HotelsWe only stayed for one night before our flight back home and it was nice we had dinner which we enjoyed and the atmosphere was nice with music and lifely . Our flight was in the afternoon and they let us use the spa to relax before the flight. We really liked that

Terrible experience

Nothing in this hotels works properly - not the air conditioner, no hot water, the lift didn't work on the first day, the wi-fi is mostly down, the smell in the toilet in the room was terrible.
I was in this hotel few times before. The experience was similar but I was promised that things got better, Well - they didn't.
Except for location and a good gym (to those who are interested) it is a terrible experience.
For the irony - in the end of my stay - the receptionist didn't even ask how was my stay (very common) - either she knows the answer or just another element in the bad service.

The property was in a convenient location and had a nice view of the river. The ladies at the front desk however weren’t very friendly and almost seemed inconvenienced to be working there. One of my guides had a similar experience with them when picking me up. It was unfortunate they were my first opinion of North Macedonia. The property was great though.
