I won’t stay at this hotel on a Saturday again. The live entertainment was spoilt by two drunken couples causing a nuisance, other guests complained and left the bar area. They were still served alcohol even when their behaviour was unacceptable and I don’t appreciate being near someone vaping in a bar area, we drank up and left

A nice place to stay. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from for all tastes. On the second morning the staff were a bit slow asking us if we wanted tea, coffee or toast and as a result our cooked food was half eaten before it arrived. Apart from that, a pleasant stay.

The hotel was lovely and the facilities were great with indoor pool, jacuzzi etc , for my 13 yr old but hotel wasnt busy and there just seemed to be a lack of staff.

Misleading Photos provided by hotels.com

This was advertised as a 4 star hotel, the photos on Hotels.com were completely in accurate. The room was old, hand marks on the walls, bathroom unclean and water staining on the ceiling. The gentleman at reception advised us that this happens often with Expedia guests being unhappy as the rooms do not meet expectations and are not reflective of the pictures provided. He was very helpful by moving us to a slightly better room (no handprints on the walls) but still well below a 4 star standard.
