Fix the window in room 2.

But the window in our room wouldn't close and there was no staff around to help with the issue ,we looked before going out for food and again when we got back as it was still before their end of check in time. Lucky for us we took ear plugs with us so the outside noise wasn't too unbearable or I'd have given a lower score.

Nice affordable hotel in a great central location in Skipton. We were met by a very polite member of staff who showed us to our room. No problems to report, we will definitely stay again when visiting the area 😎

Had a great stay. Checking and out was easy and straight forward. Room was clean and a good side with a lovely ensuite shower room. Modern and light and airy. A good size wardrobe , tv and sound system.

No cleaning in room
Posted 18 May 2024 on HotelsCheck in was fine. Friendly and helpful. After that no service of anykind. By which i mean a three day stay used towels removed but not replaced, bed sheet never channged, not sure the duvet cover was changed from.last guest.
