Dear guests,Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry that evidently you did not enjoy your stay with us, but we need to ask you; if you had an issue with the room cleaning, why did you not report to the hotel so that it could be rectified immediately? As for the hotel condition and the staff it is not clear to us what the issues were but we respect your personal opinion.What makes us wonder though is that you spent 4 days with us, the front desk staff daily asked you (like we do with all our guests) if you stay was comfortable and you needed any extra assistance which you denied stating that all was good.After more than 40 years in the hospitality industry, the hotel staff & management is there to help ALL guests have an enjoyable stay. If you have any issue during your stay, you should talk to the front desk staff.All the best and thank you for your stay.
