This was one of the best Hotels I have been at. Close to everything. The fact that it is made of wood just adds to the enjoyment of the hotel. An odd thing to notice is the breathing chandelier. The one thing that I was disappointed with was the lack of a business office. I needed to print out a couple pages and there was not business office. I emailed a PDF and a unique link and the front desk told me that PDF and the link both had errors.

Modern hotel in the city centre, no parking.
Posted 12 Jul 2024 on HotelsEnjoyed the hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. We booked the hotel as it was advertised with having parking spots. It's listed on both Hotels.com and their own website, yet still they don't have one.
The only option is a public parking nearby where I don't like parking my new car.
A huge disappointment.

Get rid of the plastic trees.
Posted 21 Sep 2023 on HotelsA fabulous building with some very impressive features. I particularly enjoyed the check-in counter featuring a big, sliced log.
Breakfast was excellent, both choice and quality.
There was one disappointment. Why does a hotel with a USP all about being built of wood have fake, plastic trees scattered around? Please, please get rid of the plastic trees.
