Good room and very close to the seafront but far enough away so heard no noise

Service was really good at the property. Angie went above and beyond to make us comfortable. She was really friendly and helped us with early check in. Definitely recommend for any travellers to skegness.

Wouldn’t stay here again . No hot water so unable to shower for the two days we stayed . Bed sheet wasn’t clean when we arrived . Didn’t see any staff for the whole stay, you had to collect room key from box on outside wall . Room wasn’t cleaned even though we didn’t put the do not disturb sign on door . Room was tiny . Could hear people in next room sneezing and their every movement because walls are so thin .

All beds are stripped and made by myself so I can assure you there's no dirty sheets as we do live onside 24/7 for any issues you have. You had my direct number to access building or issues as you'd already messaged regarding not being greeted on arrival. You even spoke to me on the stairs while vacating your room and stated everything was fine? So unfortunately on this occasion if we're not aware of any issues we can't deal with them according....sorry for any inconvenience
