Fit for workers and drivers
Posted 27 Oct 2021 on HotelsWe rented a so-called family room but were disappointed. The view was great, as our room was 10 meters from the lake shore, and the people working there were nice, but the room is not fit for holiday makers. Apparently workmen and professional drivers sleep here - we found a Polish cigarette pack under the bed - and there is a mouldy smell. It is also cold and humid. Shower OK. In the summer it would be nicer but maybe not cleaner. Also, you pay seperately for the bed linen. On our second night we chose Book1 in Aarhus, where we got much better value.

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations. Our hostel, like many others, has high and low tourist season and in October there are not many tourists, but that is no excuse for that room condition. We take pride in the fact that it is neat and clean and here we have obviously failed. It is very unfortunate. If you ever come this way again, I hope you will give us a chance to do well again.
