"The administration had very short hours, so it was difficult for me and my wife to get help at the front desk. The reception was cold and marginally helpful without time and pressure, in a nutshell, they avoided helpful interaction which cost me and my wife, hundreds of dollars because we had to find information and transportation in the cold. Swedes, especially women are unfriendly, but not angry unless you try to talk to them. The men, young and old are a bit more open, but they are cautious...

"It was my first time sleeping in a sleep box, but it worked out well for a short stay. It was difficult getting my stuff there on the shuttle and the signage was confusing but it was clean and convenient. I would do it again now that I know how to maneuver."

"We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats). Room was very clean, easy to access, all in all we would definitely stay again."

"The apartment was cozy and in a very good location, however it needed to be cleaned better. The shower door was missing a rubber at the bottom, so every time we showered the water would go all around the bathroom. The shower head was unclean, dust under bed. Sofa was full of have no idea what kind of stains.. Besides that the kitchen was clean, bedsheets as well. They answer to emails very quick as well, if you need more information. "

"Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. "Large, clean easy property on the top floor. No elevator, so a lot of stairs everyday but we knew that when we booked. Views only of rooftops and courtyards but also not something we minded. Great hotel.

"The buffet breakfast is outstanding, the rooms are very well designed and quiet (but no fridge) and the location is great, meters from the Airport Express train station and right in the shopping area. I would not hesitate going there again. Friendly staff, plenty of luggage storage, restaurant and IceBar on site."

"This hotel is incredible ! Beautiful lobby , many seating nooks. Ping pong. The most wonderful breakfast we have ever, ever had !!!!!! Comfortable room, bed, pillows. One downside was the shower gets most of the floor wet because of the open concept."

Wonderful stay

"What a beautiful hotel. It had the best breakfast buffet I've ever been to. There were selections for everything and the food was excellent. The hotel is just outside of the city center, but only a short walk to get to the action. There's a really nice park only a 10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
