Fantastic staff. Very helpful. The wash basin was clogged with dirt. Otherwise the room and bathroom were very clean. Nice breakfast buffet with a wide selection of items. Parking was easy and the interior design of the hotel looked quite upscale.

Never take room 418

The hotel seems to be fair. We stayed 3 nights. The first 2 nights were very difficult due to the gutter smell from the bathroom. We had to keeps the all the foors open to minimise the smell. Don't know why were given this room. It was room no 418. Remember if they give you this room, never take it. However, it was the third night when we were given another room which was better with no smell. Other than that everything was good. Breakfast was very good. Good parking options. Good location. Good staff.

Otherwise, if there was a problem, we would have had this problem throughout the hotel. When you informed the reception about this situation, our friends took care of you and helped you immediately. The hotel is in the middle of the city and it is very clean however the staff are a little bit rude

A HOTEL WITH Good building but very bad service

For 2 nights I stayed in this hotel, I have to wake up more than two times every night with disturb sleep, the hotel has wedding party on those 2 nights with a lot of noises upto almost midnight besides that Aircondation will stop automatically every 15 minutes, so if you open the window as suggested by owner you cannot sleep due to the noise, and if close it and operated the Aircondation it will stop automatically by central control from reception, Really this was the worst 2 nights I spent in a hotel in Turkey, what is the use of good building in a bad service, By the way Donot book family room, it has strange 2 rooms inside each other one with air conditioning and without which you cannot open window as it will stop the air conditioning in the 1st by a sensor, which means you will put your children in a room with no fresh air and no air conditioner

Dear Sir, As you know, your reservation was for 2 twin rooms. On your request we changed your rooms for a family room without extra charge. When we saw that you were not happy with your room, we again changed your room for one double and one twin rooms ( without extra charge) . Our air conditioners can be adjusted up to 19 degrees for cooling. As all air conditioners, it stops blowing when your room temperature reaches to the degree you set. And then it automatically starts blowing again when your room gets warmer. We tried to explain this to you but maybe you thought that the air conditioner was turned off by us. We were happy for hosting you in our hotel but we felt ad when we read your comment. We are sorry for inconvenience.
