goed gerenoveerd appartementje, niet zo leuke loca
Posted 8 Jun 2023 on Hotelswat is er luxe aan deze "de luxe appartementen" , we hadden een klein appartementje op de 2e verdieping aan de achterzijde van het pand met een aardig ruim balkon dat echter uitkeek op een verlaten pand en de hoofdweg, niet bepaald een fantastisch uitzicht. Bij aankomst heeft de eigenaar prima geholpen met het naar boven sjouwen van de koffers, maar daarna hebben we hem nooit meer gezien. Wel werden elke dag de ingrediënten voor het ontbijt (wel zelf maken) prima aangevuld, wat op zich een prettige verrassing was. Het strand voor de deur is niet aantrekkelijk en het dorp op 6 km met wel 10 "tavernas" valt ook erg tegen. Als met al niet een verblijf om aan te bevelen, wel een gunstige prijs voor een keurig gerenoveerd appartementje!

Dear Wil, thank you for rating us, but allow us to disagree on many points! "Small apartment" the 50 s.m. apartment with a more than spacious bedroom, separate living room with kitchen and a bathroom? What do you have in your mind about an apartment? A double-floor maisonette?After that, should we apologize about the neighbor's "abandoned building"? We'll try to... punish him for his "abandoned building". Of course you... forgot to mention that we agreed to change your apartment, but YOU chose to stay in that.Additionally, the thing that you "never saw the owner again" is just because we are ALWAYS there for our guests when they need something, but we are not stalkers! Finally, the thing that you found the "10 tavernas disappointing" in Pirgadikia village, which everybody says objectively that they offer excellent, fresh fish and Greek food, leaves us speechless... We're sorry to hear that we didn't reach your standards and we hope that next time you'll find your "heaven".

Das Apartment war wunderschön, die Dachterasse ein Traum. Das Bad neu gemacht, Küchenausstattung einfach und funktional. Tägliches Auffüllen des Frühstücks im Kühlschrank sehr praktisch. Regelmässige Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel sehr angenehm und komfortabel. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen, auch auf extra Wünsche wurde freundlich eingegangen und diese ermöglicht. Nettes Personal und angenehme Vermieter . Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

Good family holiday accommodation
Posted 14 Aug 2022 on HotelsOur family of 5 spent in the 2 bedroom apartment 11 wonderful days. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back again. The service throughout was excellent - the landlord was always ready to assist with our problems and the cleaning lady always made sure to tidy the rooms to top-condition. The beach was nearly empty most of the time and only a few seconds from the apartment. Apartments are in a sole location far away from supermarkets, but basic food is resupplied daily into the fridge by the cleaning lady. We recommend :)

great choice in sithonia!Helpful and friendly host
Posted 12 Aug 2019 on Hotelswe had a pleasant stay at this cosy 2 bedroom apartment. The host is very friendly and helped us with tips about where to go and where to eat. She has all good tips for restaurants. Moreover, the cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful.
Everyday, you take your beach stuff and walk for 30 seconds, you are at the beautiful beach already. The room is very spacious and clean. we enjoyed our stay a lot. If someday we are back to sithonia, this is for sure our stay again
