This hotel has the potential to be excellent. The bar and pool areas are excellent. The cramped, basic room and some issues with service let it down. Feels understaffed at times, I spent too many times waiting at an unmanned bar or front desk for someone to appear. Location is nice and walkable to the centre of Sitges but note it is not on the main drag and priced accordingly, we quite liked being just outside the hustle and bustle but you may think otherwise.

The room was small and not as well appointed as per photos balcony never got any sunshine and desk chairs uncomfortable to sit in. Hotel tried to charge for water taken from the fridge but no price list provided and no indication of charges would apply.

Would not provide pool towels unless a 20 euro cash deposit was given, which I did not have. Was not informed this at check in and hotel is not in walking distance to an Atm. I was there for 1 night only and was therefore not able to use the pool. Rooms are in need of an upgrade as well.

This hotel was well-located near the beach, only a short walk from the town center. The breakfast buffet was fabulous as was the pool. My friends and I were very comfortable and I would definitely return. A great place to stay in Sitges
