Generally a very pleasant stay - the hotel is very close to one beach and short walk to others. 25 mins walk to town and there’s a bus right outside the hotel . The staff at reception are excellent. The rooms are similar to most hotels and generally well decorated. The baths are very tiny! Breakfasts were good. Very poor that there are no kettles/coffee/tea in rooms in a 4 star. Far too much plastic around - cups in bathroom, champagne glasses etc - all plastic and wrapped in more plastic!! . a decent hotel should provide glass - much nicer to use and most sustainable. Parking charge at 30€ per day is a rip off!!

Great family holiday, great hotel right next to the beach. A short stroll to marina with several restaurants and a nice walk along the beach into Sitges.

Beautiful location of the hotel. Pretty lobby and hallways decorated with artworks. We had a great size room with beautiful view. The hotel is a little run down. Needs renovation. The Wi-Fi is horrible. The breakfast i doesn't have enough choices.

Big room, pretty clean, great location right on the beach and next to the port where you can rent a boat and do jetskiing. lt is a bit of a walk into town and the bus isn’t very frequent though. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Robert.
The main issue is that the property is old and there is absolutely no soundproofing between rooms. We were kept awake by the people above us running around and screaming until the early hours of the morning, which we could hear even through earplugs. Robert on reception was very helpful though and we got to switch rooms, however be warned if you are a light sleeper that none of them are particularly soundproof and you can hear everything from the room above and next door. The rooms are also pretty dated and could use refurbishing, especially the ones with the pool view.
