"Stay was better after upgrade to larger caravan. Normal type camping/ caravan style village, staff was good and helpful, but some facilities not available like outdoor pool, location ok but transport needed for shops, bar and restaurant expensive with limited menu and a per person table charge of 2euro which I feel is a con charging to sit and have a drink or meal Overall it's ok for what it is so long as you don't expect much "

"Beautiful and well maintained property in the center of town. An old house very tastefully renovated with beautifully renovated apartments. There was a washing machine in our unit! A library on the ground floor! All very tasteful"

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"This place was amazing! Each room is like its own apartment, very clean and comfortable! Would have loved to be able to stay more than one night here and explore the city more. Host was very responsive and readily answered any questions that we had! Conveniently located near restaurants and shops within walking distance."

"Nice little apartment; very centrally located but a bit far from the main train station. It’s close to the main square , canal and port which was useful to us as we had a cruise booked . We stayed two nights but there were only two coffee pods and no explanation of how to use the machine . Some milk would have been nice as well . Not much provided in the way of breakfast either but that’s my only complaint. I don’t think it had air conditioning as well but it didn’t matter for us and I can’t...

"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"

"Located right next to the marina and great swimming pool with grotto on the top deck of the building. Staff is very friendly and a great time spent there. "

"The apartment was well maintained and stocked with equipment for cooking. The space was good for a family to spread out. The location is close to everything. Management was super helpful and friendly. If driving, finding it can be a little tricky given the small streets and pedestrian zones, so get clear directions in advance and not just the map on the phone. "

"The Savoia Excelsior is super conveniently located right at the city center and in the water-front. It's location is for sure it's most attractive quality. The staff is friendly but not as attentive as I would have expected. the rooms are comfortable but I feel they could get "refreshed" a bit. The bathrooms are wonderful but the showers tend to be a bit messy as the window is too short to keep the water out of the bathroom floor. I did not have breakfast or dinner in the hotel so I cannot speak...

"Safe and great location within the center, just about 8mins walk to Central Train and Bus Stations. 24-Hr reception with free Coffee/Tea at Dining Area. Clean and Comportable room size. Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill your needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay back if given a chance. "

"We visited Trieste for 2 days and this was my first time in this city. The location of the hotel was fantastic, we walked everywhere! Also, it looks like the hotel was recently renovated, but everything was impeccable! The room was very spacious and beautiful! Highly recommended! "
