The breakfast in the morning at the hotel was a terrible choice and they seemed short staffed and quite unfriendly. The check-in staff were nice and accommodating however. Extremely convenient when attending a concert.

Great stay, loved being able to walk right to the Denny Sanford Center for a concert. Wish the hotel offered food after the concert. A lot of people would have ordered food, as they were hungry later in the evening.

Not only was I charged an additional $75 charge- which was not disclosed; our room was not clean. When you are spending $480 on a room for 1 evening, one would think you would have a clean hotel room. Definitely disappointed with this stay, especially having managed properties for over 7yrs. Was not up to standards :(
