The ceiling in the bathroom needs fixing looks like there was a major leak. Accidentally overselpt because we didn't get in until 5:00 am called front desk to let him know was told we needed to be out in 15 minutes or we would be charged. Didn't even get to explain what happened. So i got to take a half a** shower and my son didnt get one at all.. heard him knocking on other doors and telling them they had to be out in 5 minutes. So i should be thnkful he gave us an extra 10 minutes and this was at 11:00 I worked in a hotel and we never did that.

The carpet in the hotel room had been washed before inchecked into the room. The carpet was soaking wet. Someone put a chair on my bed. I have asthma. I slept 1 night in the hotel room. I woke up inythe morning because I had an asthma attach. I had to use my inhaler. The carpet was damp overnight and that gave me breathing problems. I told the fellow who was minding the front desk at the hotel what happened to me. I asked the employee to ask the hotels manager to contact me . No one from the hotel contacted me to discuss the heath issue.

I dont need much. I asked about the tv not working, they told me they knew and maintenance would deal tomorrow. I asked if they knew it was broken, why i was not told or offered a different room. No response. I also asked for a wake up call and it never happened.

Why is it that the pictures on-line always look good but the actual property does not? The property is run-down, the carpet in the room was thread bare and coming up, the shower curtain was not correct for the rod so it stayed open on both ends, the tape connecting the drywall was peeling off, etc........ Knock it down and start over.

The online photos of this property are extremely deceptive. The interior of the building was not clean. Once we arrived it immediately smelt of wet dog and mildew. The sitting area couch had stains all over it. There was standing water on top of our fridge which was all rusted around the exterior. There was leftover trash from previous people who were in the room. There were very few towels in the bathroom and no wash clothes. I was very disappointed with this stay and do not plan to stay at this property again.

The location was great, check in was quick and easy and was suitable for a quick stop while driving theough. The room was not as clean as I’d expect and the rest of the hotel was not that clean. The bed was good but small for a queen size. The sheets had a stain and a towel had a hole.

Halls and elevator were disgustingly filthy. The deadbolt on the door did not lock and the maintenance guy and came finally after I threatened to sue them. If something happens to us and removed the metal plate which made it even more unsafe. We decided to sleep for a few hours and get the hell out of there. It was pretty bad.

Checked in and were given a room under construction so needed to go get a different room. Got a room across the hall- carpet was ripped and stained- room smelled like smoke- stains in bathroom. We left and checked out. The guy said he’d ask the owners to pay for only 1 night instead of 3 and they never got back to us and didn’t respond to email either.
