The desk clerk was so kind and welcoming. The shuttle driver provided me a ride to the airport without any problems or delays. The breakfast/Starbucks in the lobby was delicious and easy. The room was so spacious with both a fridge and microwave and lots of closet space. It was so close to the mall and the restaurants. The room rate was much better than others nearby.

The first room we were put in stunk so bad like rotten smelly feet that we asked to switch rooms. The second room wasn’t cleaned. There was hair and urine all over the bathroom, dirty clothes in the cabinets and trash everywhere. The night manager came and at least changed the bedding so we can sleep and took pictures to show her superiors. We still had to pay for the room. Will never stay there again.

There were dried contact lenses stuck to the wall by the mirror, pillow cases were stained with blueish grey spots, the walls had stuff splattered on them in the entry area of the room and the lobby furniture was dirty. Staff was friendly, but no sense of urgency in the bistro.

Backends checked us into the hotel and was very helpfully and pleasant. We were here for a softball tournament for my granddaughter whose catchers glove had broken an needed to be repaired and supplied us with a pair of sissors needed to complete the job. Seems like a simple jester but saved the day for our granddaughter. She also greeted us overtime we entered the premises making us feel very comfortable with our stay.. she is a complement to our business
