We checked in at midnight and the desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but there were no drinking cups in the room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink did not drain. We went to get breakfast at 8:45 am in the lobby but the entrance door was locked so we rang the doorbell twice but nobody came. I looked in the window and the morning desk attendant was sitting at the desk sleeping with her head down on her arms on the desk. After knocking loudly she woke up and let us in, but didnt say a word. No apology or anything. The waffle machine wasn't set up or anything. No milk for the cereal. Dry bread for toast.

The bed in the room was the only clean thing. No washcloths, no drinking glasses, no coffee machine or supplies. Girl at front desk when I checked in was rude, mean, uncaring that I was handicapped and have difficulty walking. She put me on the third floor, very last room down the hall!!! I had to stop on each level and sit on the little table on each landing to rest before going up another flight!!!

The bed was very comfortable and the tv was clear, except for the scratch on the screen. We walked onto a cracked and broken vinyl flooring, which we kept tripping over. Hazard! Air conditioner turned on with power button, but never blew any cold air or any air at all. No plastic cups to get water and no ice bucket. Refrigerator was on full blast, but was barely cool. Curtains were filthy. The toilet kept running very loudly all night.
