Other than the manager and one other staff member, staff was rude and never apologized for all the inconveniences that happened during my stay. Worst customer service and now I’m stuck with extra charges I didn’t authorize. Thanks for ruining my holidays.

Check in was bad The facility tried to run my credit card on file in the morning, before I was even there. Then I asked at check in, no one knew what I was talking about. So unprofessional

It was very loud, we called several times to front desk and they acted like they could care less. Said a bus of a basketball team came. They were jumping, banging, screaming for several hours above our room We said, so it doesn't matter that we paid for a room to sleep? She acted like not really. First lady didn't even do anything. 2nd call, the lady said she just got on duty. Also had wait long to get towels next day when we even went down to desk to ask for some. Room was not very clean, just basics. Mirror had toothpaste on it from someone before. Floors and corners dirty. Wont stay here again.
