VERY DISAPPOINTING

Unfortunately our stay at this apartment was not as good as expected. The directions to the apartment are not very good. After driving round the very narrow streets for an hour and asking several locals for directions, we rang reception, which is not at the apartment, to be told that the street where the apartments are is only steps, lots of step, you cannot drive up the street. After finally locating the apartment we had to ring reception again to be let in (would have been good to be told this at the first phone call): There is almost no free parking and the closest pay parking (very expensive) is some distance away, mostly uphill. The apartment itself appeared to be newly renovated, but it was not done well. Every time we had a shower it flooded the bathroom, the toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor, there is an outside light that stayed on all night and as there are no curtains on the window the bedroom was lit up all night. The apartment was very small with nowhere comfortable to sit other than the bed, which was comfortable. If you are happy to accept all these faults, you don’t have a car and you like stairs, the apartment is in a fantastic location to explore Sintra. The staff at reception were very friendly.

Initially we were assigned the ground level basement site. There was a damp smell to it. As we were booked 5 nights a request was made to move to another room. The manager obliged and it was a relief to get out of the room with a mould smell. The new room was brighter and without any smell. Housekeeping staff are great and very helpful.

Great location. Was a bit annoying with trying to contact in regards to checking in. We emailed twice before going to property with no response. Sent a message on whars app and then phoned with no answer. Finally we tried another number and it was answered. Staff were there quickly once contact made. Not good if you are unable to call. Property was fine but no soap or hair wash. There was a washing machine but no washing powder so we had to go out and purchase these products.

Bra och tyst läge. Hade lite problem med incheckningen, som var på ett helt annat ställe. Men fick hjälp av andra gäster.

No hat recepción, hay que llamar por telefono y mi telefono no podia llamar. alguien mas me ayudó. no hay rotulo, no se sabe donde es la entrada.

Horrible, l’appartement est sale , fenêtre qui n’ouvre pas , sans rideau. Humide et sent mauvais. La douche ne ferme pas et l’eau sort et inunde le sol , les wc ne sont pas fixés au sol ils bougent dans tous les sens . Le robinet du lavabo n’est pas fixé non plus !! Pour 4 nuits on a 2 rouleaux de papier toilettes et les serviettes n’ont pas été changés. Dû q la fuite d’eau de la douche on a dû essuyer parterre avec les serviettes !! Inadmissible de louer un appartement comme ça . La clim ne fonctionne pas , pas de chauffage, wi-fi ne fonctionne que quelques minutes !! Baterie de cuisine sale , machine à café sale . Des toiles d’araignée partout et plein d’autres bestioles partout. Lumière extérieur tout le temps allumé , même la nuit et comme les rideaux sont inexistants la chambre est éclairée toute la nuit . Personnel dépassé par les choses et ne réagit pas au plaintes !!! Je demande à être remboursé de la totalité de la somme prélevée par l’établissement.

Enganados na Casa dos Santos Sintra

Nos hospedamos por duas noites e a estadia foi muito ruim. O local é escondido, é preciso descer um escadaria longa e escorregadia, os utensílios de cozinha são velhos, tem um fogão de uma boca, mas não tem panela, a cafeteira e o refrigerador são bons, mas os armários estão mofados, cheiro de mofo na sala, a internet somente funcionou por algumas horas e depois não mais - ficamos mais de 35 horas sem internet. Ligamos na manhã seguinte para informar a sobre a internet e inventaram uma mentira que era problema na zona, mas o roteador ficava em outro quarto - tentaram nos enganar e não resolveram. Depois, ficamos sem água quente por mais de 18 horas em um dia frio e chuvoso, até irmos embora sem banho. Ligue três vezes para reclamar, mas não arrumaram, e ontelefone ficava na caixa de mensagem. Fui até o escritório dele e estava fechado. Eu quero o reembolso da estadia, pois, pagamos por algo e não recebemso, mas eles foram ao apartamento para receber as estadias em dinheir no check in e sumiram. Somos obrigados a pagar tudo antecipado, mas depois nos ignoram. Que direitos temos? Quero reclamar e receber meu dinheiro de volta, mas eles não se importam. Vocês do Hoteis são responsáveis também, pois intermediaram a reserva de um local desqualificado, sem pessoal responsável, e nos hospedes somos enganados e desrespeitados.

Confortable et bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé à Sintra : accessible à pieds de la gare, tout proche du centre ville et avec le calme d'une petite rue. Il est bien équipé et nous avons apprécié les doses de café / thé offertes. Attention de bien apporter votre savon et shampoing, car ce n'est pas fourni comme à l'hôtel.
