We stayed for three nights, on two mornings house keeping tried to enter my room at 7.15am with their keys. Only reason they didn't get in was because I had the door chained. I was sound asleep. I mentioned it to reception expecting them to be apologetic to be told I should have put the do not disturb sign out

Sorry you did not have a good experience with us.Our motel is 90% full of local mining workers who leave around 5.00 in the morning. I have spoken to the staff member who was on front office when you complained and she said she did appologise however did give you a solution i.e. put your do not disturb sign on As you did not complain after the first event I don't know how else we could have helped youRegardsYvetteManagerFrancis Phillip Motor Inn

It was a clean and tidy Motel, with off street parking and dining facilities.

Staff were friendly, bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean, lounge area was not.
I was disappointed that there were no dining options or room service options over the weekend and only on week nights.
Spa was lovely, i liked that you could spin the TV to watch it from the spa.

Hello KimThank you for your feedback. Along with you myself and staff were disappointed in the lack of attention in the lounge. However the positive out of this was that I was able to use as a reinforcement of expectations by both the business and our guests. Unfortunately since covid it has been nigh impossible to recruit staff especially in the cooking field. Most of the businesses in the town are finding it very difficult. Hopefully this will change in the near future. RegardsYvette
